Arena Simulation Scenario
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a few different Arena models.
Scope
• Build or refine an Arena file that mirrors the current flow I will share with you (arrival logic, resources, processing steps, routing rules).
• Parameterise the model so I can plug in new data without rewriting logic—think sliders for volumes, processing times, resource levels or schedules.
• Run a small set of initial scenarios side-by-side and summarise the results in a concise report or dashboard (KPIs such as throughput, queue length, utilisation and total time in system).
Deliverables
1. .doe/.p file or packaged Arena project, fully annotated.
2. Scenario results exported to Excel and notepad and PDF with clear comparison tables and charts.
3. Short walk-through (video or live screen share) so I’m comfortable modifying inputs on my own.
Acceptance criteria
• Must be able to revise after feedback at the least twice (MUST)
• All key parameters are exposed via variables or data modules—no hard-coded values.
• Report highlights the impact of each tested scenario on at least three core KPIs.
Experience with Arena, OptQuest, and basic data analysis in Excel or Power BI will be highly valued because it keeps the hand-off smooth. If this sounds like something you can turn around efficiently, let’s talk timeline and hand-off format.
