Arborist Report for Permit Application

I need an ISA-qualified arborist to prepare a clear, council-ready report for three non-significant trees on my property. The sole purpose of the document is to support a permit application, so it must follow the format and detail level my local authority expects.

You will receive recent high-resolution photos of each tree along with their approximate locations and access notes. If you feel an on-site visit is still necessary, let me know in your proposal; otherwise, remote assessment from the photos is fine.

What the report must cover
• Species identification, DBH and height measurements
• Current health and structural condition
• Explanation of why each tree is considered non-significant under the relevant ordinance
• Justification and supporting evidence for the permit request, referencing the applicable clauses of the local tree protection by-law
• Embedded photographs and a clear executive summary suitable for council reviewers

Please supply the final document as a signed, dated PDF within one week of acceptance.
