I have five UPS shipping contracts that I personally negotiated over the past two years, all stored as PDFs. For each agreement I already hold detailed internal reports, yet I still lack a clear, side-by-side picture of how much money these deals truly saved me.
What I need is a concise analysis that pinpoints:
• the total cost reductions achieved since each contract took effect, and
• any additional benefits or discounts hidden in the fine print that may have boosted those savings.
