I need an AmiBroker programmer to create a stock scanning program for the Dow Jones based on specific criteria. The program should analyze historical data in AmiBroker format and perform daily scans.

Criteria for stock selection:
- Green candle
- MA10 line is up
- MACD(12,26) line is up
- MACD-Signal line(12,26,9) is up
- MACD Histogram value is higher than the previous day
- TRIX (9) is up
- TEMA (Close, 15) is up
- TSF (Close, 15) is up
- WMA (Close, 15) is up
- Linear Regression (Close, 15) is up
- Stock close today is higher than one year ago
- Stock close six months ago is higher than one year ago

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AmiBroker
- Experience with technical indicators and stock scanning
- Familiarity with historical data analysis
- Ability to write efficient AFL (AmiBroker Formula Language) scripts
