Amazon FBA Returns Audit
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a meticulous Amazon-experienced professional to look over the last 60 returns including customer and FBA returns in my Seller Central account. Your job is to verify—through tracking, warehouse receipts, and any other evidence—that each item was physically received back.
Please work inside Seller Central’s Manage Returns and FBA Inventory Reconciliation tools (or any other native reports you prefer) and compile your findings in one clear Excel spreadsheet. Each line should show the order number, the customer’s stated return reason, the customer information Amazon makes available, and—most importantly—whether the unit actually arrived. If an item never made it back or returned broken , I want you to move straight to reporting the discrepancy to Amazon and filing the appropriate reimbursement claim for me.
Deliverables:
• Excel file covering all 60 returns with the data points above and a final “Returned / Not Returned” status
• Confirmation (case ID or screenshot) that every missing unit has been reported to Amazon and a reimbursement claim submitted
