Alphabetized Address Entry in Sheets

I have a collection of scanned documents that contain customer names and their full mailing addresses. I need every record transcribed accurately into a Google Sheet and then arranged in strict alphabetical order. You will be working directly in my shared spreadsheet, so familiarity with Google Sheets’ sorting and basic data-validation tools is essential.

Legibility varies from page to page, so a careful eye for detail is important; typos or missed lines will throw off the final sort. Once all entries are in place, please run a quick format check to keep name, street, city, state, and ZIP in separate columns.

Deliverables:
• A single Google Sheet populated with every name and address from the scans, one row per entry
• Sheet sorted A→Z by last name, ready for immediate use
