I am in the final stretch of an MSc Biomedical Science dissertation that explores the allelic distribution and genotype frequencies of the ABO blood group within Kadazan Dusun communities. My genotype and phenotype counts are compiled, and I have run some preliminary calculations, but the document still needs to be shaped into a cohesive, publication-quality thesis.

What I already have
• Partial analysis results: genotype and phenotype counts, early allele-frequency estimates and a rough set of tables.

What I need most urgently
• A comprehensive, up-to-date literature review that situates Kadazan Dusun blood-group data within the broader body of work on ABO genetics in Southeast Asian and indigenous populations. I am open to guidance on identifying and selecting the most relevant peer-reviewed sources and grey literature.
Also, relating it to transfusion medicine

Additional support areas
• Refining the methodology section so it clearly details sampling, SSP_PCR genotyping, allele-frequency calculations, Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium testing, and any software used (SPSS, R or equivalent).
• Completing and validating the data analysis (allelic and genotypic frequencies, 95 % CIs, population comparisons).
• Writing critically the introduction, discussion and conclusion so they flow logically from the results.
• Ensuring every citation and the full reference list conform to Harvard style and the MSc Biomedical Science (clinical) dissertation guidelines.

Deliverables

• All calculations reproduce accurately when scripts are rerun.
