Alexandria, VA Dissertation Data Analysis Help
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have reached the data-analysis stage of my doctoral dissertation and want to work face-to-face here in Alexandria, VA. The study uses a mixed-methods design, so I need someone comfortable moving between quantitative statistics and qualitative coding, then weaving both strands together into a coherent discussion section.
What I would like from you:
• In-person sessions (coffee shop, library, or campus—whatever is convenient locally) to walk through my raw survey data and interview transcripts
• Hands-on guidance with cleaning the quantitative dataset, selecting and running the appropriate tests in SPSS or R, and interpreting the output in language my committee will appreciate
• Step-by-step help coding themes in NVivo (or a comparable tool), checking intercoder reliability, and linking the qualitative findings back to the numbers
• Clear documentation of every command, setting, and decision so I can reproduce the analysis later and defend it confidently
Deliverables will be the cleaned datasets, an annotated script or project file for both the statistical and qualitative software, and a short synthesis memo that shows how the mixed-methods results fit my research questions.
If you have recently supported other doctoral candidates, especially those balancing quantitative and qualitative data, I would love to schedule our first meeting this week.
