Airbnb Riyadh Occupancy Optimization Co-Host

I own an Airbnb property in Riyadh that is under-performing, and I want a co-host who already knows how to squeeze every extra night out of the local calendar. My single focus right now is pricing optimisation. I have an active AirDNA subscription and I’m looking for someone who can turn the raw market data it provides into a smart, dynamic rate strategy that keeps the listing visible and booked while protecting average nightly revenue.

You should already be fluent with AirDNA’s MarketMinder, pacing, seasonality modules and custom comp-set building. I expect you to:

• Audit my current pricing history and identify gaps against comparable Riyadh listings
• Build a dynamic pricing calendar (30–90 days) that responds to demand surges, local events and lead-time trends
• Monitor performance daily, adjust quickly, and send me a short weekly report highlighting occupancy, ADR and forward-looking actions
