Accurate Text Data Entry

I will supply a series of PDF files that contain pure text data. Your task is to transfer every character into the matching Excel columns, double-checking the correctness of that text as you work. Spelling, grammar, and layout are already final in the PDFs, so the only quality gate is that each cell in Excel mirrors the source exactly—no missing words, no misplaced line breaks, no accidental edits.

A typical batch is a few dozen pages. You download the PDFs, enter the information in the provided Excel template, run a quick in-sheet check for accidental typos, save, and send the file back by the agreed deadline. Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as wrap text, find/replace, and simple data validation will make the work faster, but macros or advanced formulas are not required.

Deliverable:
• One fully populated Excel workbook per batch, with every piece of text copied verbatim from the corresponding PDF and spot-checked for accuracy.
