I need an Excel specialist who can take a mixed dataset—text and numerical fields—all in one or several spreadsheets and turn it into a clean, consistent file ready for downstream analysis.
The core scope is data cleaning and formatting:
• Remove duplicates, blank rows, and obvious entry errors.
• Standardise dates, numbers, and text case.
• Split or merge columns where needed so every field holds a single, well-labeled value.
• Apply lookups or conditional rules to flag outliers and inconsistencies.
I will supply raw Excel sheets; you return the polished version plus a concise changelog describing the main transformations or formulas used. Power Query, advanced functions, and even lightweight macros are welcome if they speed things up, though full-scale VBA scripting is not required right now.
