Accurate Data Entry & Contact Details Collection from Websites
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a small batch of up to 50 URLs ready in a Google Sheet and I need every publicly-visible email address and phone number captured with zero mistakes. You will open each link, look for the contact details, and paste them into the sheet directly beside the URL.
Please keep to these two formatting rules while you work:
• Phone numbers must follow the national format with country code, for example “+1 234 567 8901”.
• Email addresses must appear exactly as published—no edits, no lower-casing, no clean-up.
For each row I also want the company name recorded in the “Notes” column so the sheet is easy to scan later. I’ll share a brief video walkthrough, the checklist I use to spot typos and duplicates, and the blank spreadsheet where you’ll be working. Before handing the file back, double-check all entries—accuracy is the single most important metric for this task.
Deliverable
• A completed Google Sheet with one row per listing containing: Listing URL, exact email address, correctly-formatted phone number, and the company name note.
If everything looks perfect there is more work waiting (additional fields such as postal addresses). Let me know how soon you can start.
