Accounting Systems Leader

We are seeking a strong accounting leader to grow with our organization. This role requires a sharp, numbers-driven professional who can report directly to stakeholders, drive financial clarity, and continuously improve systems.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions
Present accurate, timely reports to stakeholders
Improve systems, controls, and financial workflows
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Partner with leadership to support strategic growth

Structured, sequential thinker with a proactive mindset
Confident communicator — both written and verbal
Experienced in leading accounting operations
Systems-focused and improvement-driven
