Access Database Financial Data Entry
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
A backlog of quarterly financial figures now needs to be entered directly into my existing Microsoft Access database. The relevant tables, field names, and input masks are already set up; what’s missing is the accurate, timely population of the data itself.
The task centres on:
• Database entry (no spreadsheets or text docs—everything goes straight into Access).
• Strict adherence to the financial-data structure I provide—each record must balance, include the proper cost centre codes, and respect the date formats already enforced by the database.
• Spot-checking for inconsistencies: if a number looks out of range or a required field is blank, flag it in a short notes file so I can review.
Deliverable: the updated .accdb file plus a simple change log summarising any anomalies you found along the way.
All source statements and a data-entry guide are ready to share as soon as the project starts, so the only focus is careful, error-free input and a quick turnaround.
