Research Assistant for Academic & Strategic Studies Project
Project Overview:
I am seeking a skilled Research Assistant to support me in gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information for an ongoing academic/strategic research project. The focus includes regional trade connectivity between two countries. The research outcomes will be used for academic publications, operational analysis, and policy recommendations. The draft research to be completed by 25 September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
1. I have prepared the literature review and thereafter completed methodology Chapter. So, read the prepared chapter for further proceedings.
2. Provide Survey questionnaire and FGD questionnaire.
3. On receipt of survey feedback, carry out data analysis using SPSS.
4. On completion of data analysis, provide different chapters on Data Analysis, Finding and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations. Prepare draft sections for reports or research papers as required including any correction required in future (by October 2025).
5. Assist with Harvard-style citations and bibliography management
6. Organize data into PowerPoint slides, Word documents, or Excel tables for easy presentation.
7. Maintain clear communication and meet agreed timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Background in International Relations, Economics, or similar fields preferred.
2. Proficiency in academic writing and research methodologies.
3. Familiarity with Harvard referencing style and MS Office/Google Workspace.
4. Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Deliverables:
1. Research Chapter on Data Analysis, Findings and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations. (Word/PDF)
2. Reference list in Harvard style
3. PowerPoint slides summarizing key findings
4. Data tables/charts if applicable
Project Duration & Payment:
Duration: 2–3 weeks (with possible extension)
Payment: Fixed price.
