ANSYS Structural Analysis Expert Needed

I need a detailed analysis using ANSYS Workbench. I have a Giga Press model that I want to analyze. There is a rod driving a whole clamping system, which moves a sliding vertical plate. A given force is acting on this rod. I want to obtain stress and deformation results, along with the motion.
