AMOS CFA for Promotion Study
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a complete, cleaned dataset ready to import into SPSS AMOS and need a full confirmatory factor analysis that illuminates the mechanisms behind South African women’s self-undermining behaviours and the complex route to their first promotion. The stated objective is “CFA analysis,” so the work should focus squarely on testing the proposed factor structure, reporting model fit, and demonstrating validity.
Please run the model in SPSS AMOS (v26 or newer preferred) and return:
• the .amw model file and raw output
• fit statistics (χ²/df, CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR)
• standardised loadings, error variances, CR and AVE values
• a brief write-up (2–3 pages) interpreting the findings and noting any modification indices that warrant discussion
A publication-ready set of tables and a clear path diagram will complete the package. Turnaround within seven days of award would be ideal.
