Very, very simple Quick Flutter Demo app
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need a very simple Flutter app that is basically a browser (but without any URL input by the user). You will use an existing flutter plugin which makes this very easy:

On launch, the app will show animation 1 until the app is fully loaded (the Webview / web views load fully in the background, only after that the content is shown until then the app is fullscreen black with the provided animation 1. )
The App will check if Cookie A is set, if so, open URL 2.
If not, it opens URL 1.
On URL 1 there is a button that sets Cookie A.
As soon as the cookie is set, URL 2 gets opened. Also, the Menu is shown.
We want a white bottom menu bar with 4 icons: URL-2 | URL-3 | URL-4 | URL-5
The icon of the menu item that has been opened has to be changed (to the selected version).
The menu bar is only shown if cookie A is set and cookie B is unset.
On URL-2 there are 2 buttons to set/unset Cookie B.
On URL 5, there is a button to unset Cookie A.
Once Cookie A has been unset, the app should redirect to URL 6.
If any URLs are opened that are not on our domain, the menu bar should disappear and instead, a smaller bar should show up with a small „back-button“.
Also, whilst loading (after clicking a link on the page) you should show our loading animation 2 on-screen.
The URLs should be with „rubberband“ scrolling on iOS AND Android.
We will provide 6 URLs that work as described with the cookies A and B working.
We will provide 8 menu icon pictures: 4 Selected, 4 default.
We will provide animations 1 and 2.
Deliverables
Provide all the Flutter source files as well as an Apk of the final Android- App.
The App should of course run on iOS and Andoid.
The app should work exactly as described and not contain any elements that have not been discussed.
