Smooth Flutter Web Scrolling -- 2

Problem:

Open https://the-field.world/about on IPhone Chrome and scroll up and down.
Notice, that scroll is jumpy. It should not be.

• host the web app on your firebase project and send me the link, so that i could verify fix.
• Pull request with nice clear code change, that makes scroll for home page not janky, without introducing regressions
