Flutter-Based Short-Term Jobs Service App

can you build me a server side and client side using flutter for a service app that let people post short term jobs that contains(creater id, date, image link that saved in firebase, estimated time in hours, job title, job, category, job location, number of people needed, $ per hour, post creation time, job description, applicants) and every client has these information(date of join, name, nationality, email, date of birth, phone number, rate, reviews list, address, services applied for, services he created, banned or not) and the reviews comes from people who finished the services that you posted and the review is 5 stars max and 1 comment, and the rate of the client is the avg of reviews stars. about the logic i need you to make the people be able to find the jobs near there location and the job poster can accept as many people as he chosen when he posted the job and people who got accepted only can start a chat with the poster and can see his phone number and once they get accepted they should recieve a notification. each person has profile and that show the number of jobs he applied for and the number of jobs he created and the avg reviews of him and if they clicked at his reviews they can see each review rate and comment from others but the reviewer name should be just the last half of his name and the first half should be (***)
