Custom Form Widget

I need a custom, reusable form widget using the "Multi Select Flutter" library. You will be using the library to add more functionality to the existing choice chip widget. Widget must be able to handle CRUD meaning I must be able to create, view, read and delete information created by the reusable widget. Attention to detail is very important, so in your bid, make sure you mention the phrase "best choice" so that I know you read the project requirements. Otherwise your bid will NOT be considered.
