Backend Developer (Firebase & Pesapal Integration)

*Overview:**
We're building a Dart/Flutter-based marketplace app connecting farmers, drivers, and buyers. The platform handles upfront payments (goods + transport), delivery confirmation, and fund disbursement to farmers and drivers, with platform commission deductions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Implement **Pesapal integration** in **Firebase Cloud Functions** for secure payment processing and split disbursements.
* Trigger payouts upon `delivery_status` update to `"delivered"` in **Cloud Firestore**.
* Calculate and deduct:

* **5% commission from the farmer’s portion** (goods)
* **5% commission from the driver’s portion** (transport)
* Retain the **10% platform commission** in the primary account.
* Configure **Pesapal Split Payments** to distribute funds in **UGX** to farmers and drivers via bank or Mobile Money wallets.
* Integrate and optimize **Email/Password**, **Phone**, and **Google Sign-in** authentication flows.
* Assist with building and releasing the app on the **Google Play Store**.

**Requirements:**

* Experience with **Firebase Cloud Functions** (Node.js/TypeScript or JavaScript).
* Familiarity with **Pesapal Split Payments API** and handling sub‑accounts and payouts.
* Experience processing **UGX**, especially with Mobile Money payouts.
* Expertise in **Firebase Authentication** (Email/Password, Phone, Google Sign‑in).
* Familiarity with **Dart/Flutter** integration pipelines.
* Basic familiarity with **Google Play Console** workflows and AAB release preparation.
