Clone of ring.financial DaPP functionality with Polygon network

We are looking for a person or team who would make me a similar in the functionality that have

same system have also https://app.strongblock.com (Strong have real node function, all other don't have, they just use same model, like I would like to do it)
pages has, but for a token on the polygon network.
User register with Wallet (metamask or trustwallet), no psw, email or any other personal data is used. Than he pay to us on our page with our token to create package and start service. Users can create at ring 100 nodes per wallet, but we plan to limit that number to 10. With total number of 20k plans. Dapp starts counting down and every 4 hours assigns XY amount of tokens ( per active plan what user have) of rewards to the user in his profile on our system. Our system use our wallet where is stored rewards, and virtually manage who have and how much rewards earned. The user can withdraw these rewards to his wallet at any time, but from rewards is deducted -10% for the our fee and he bears the gas withdrawal fee.
Design and content on page I can provide from another designer or you can offer also.
But it is very simple how others similar projects have. Focus is on functionality.
It is not urgent, please give your offer and in what time frame can be made.
In your offer is more important your previous experience with similar projects, than promise "we can do everything".
