We are a Bangladeshi company preparing a group of caregivers for employment in Denmark. To ensure their readiness, we are seeking an experienced HR Consultant who has worked with Danish caregiver recruitment and understands employer expectations in the healthcare sector.
Objective:
Before our caregivers travel to Denmark, we want them to undergo a mock interview assessment to evaluate their skills, communication, and overall suitability for caregiver roles in Danish organizations. The goal is to enhance their interview performance so they can successfully secure jobs abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured mock interviews based on real-life Danish employer expectations.
- Assess candidates’ communication skills, caregiving knowledge, and adaptability to Danish work culture.
- Provide detailed feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer guidance on interview techniques and common questions asked by Danish employers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hiring or training caregivers for Danish healthcare organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Danish healthcare standards, employer expectations, and caregiving protocols.
- Ability to conduct professional mock interviews and assessments.
- Prior experience working with recruitment agencies, nursing homes, or healthcare institutions in Denmark is a plus.
Project Scope & Timeline:
- The assignment is short-term (freelance/contract basis) but could lead to further collaboration.
- Remote setup (mock interviews can be conducted via Zoom/Google Meet).
- The number of candidates to be assessed will be discussed before finalizing the contract.
