I release regular, cinematic vlogs that blend business insight with personal storytelling—think Steven Bartlett’s “Diary of a CEO” crossed with Guillaume Pley’s “Legends.” What I need is a full-time partner who can shape that same slow, intentional rhythm on every episode.
Here’s the day-to-day picture
• About 80 % of your time goes into long-form YouTube videos. These typically run 30–60 minutes and are already multicam-switched, so you can spend your energy on narrative flow instead of endless cuts.
• The remaining 20 % is repurposing highlights into short clips for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
What you’ll get from me
• Partially edited multicam footage (basic angle switches are done).
• A clear brief for each episode, time-stamped notes, and reference links.
• Drive-based asset library with music, graphics, and captions presets.
What I count on you for
1. DaVinci Resolve mastery—colour, audio, titles, the works.
2. Razor-sharp sense of pacing that keeps viewers hooked without flashy distractions.
3. Narrative intuition: restructure conversations where needed, tease hooks, and close with impact.
4. Consistent file naming, tidy timelines, and delivery of both final renders and project files.

✓ The story arc feels effortless and engaging from first frame to last.
✓ Colour grade and audio mix are broadcast-ready.
✓ Long-form episode and its cut-downs are uploaded to the shared drive on or before the agreed date.
