Sharpen 3-Minute Video Scene

I have a three-minute clip in which the man’s face sits noticeably softer than the woman’s and the boy’s. There’s no heavy blur, but the mismatch is obvious once the frame is paused, so the goal is to lift the man to the same crisp, high-definition level as everyone else without introducing halos or noise.
Your toolkit should include Topaz Video AI for primary enhancement; feel free to blend in any supplementary passes in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or your preferred sharpening plugins as long as the finished result looks natural. The main focus is the man’s face, yet the surrounding details must stay intact so the viewer cannot tell which element was touched.
Please keep the original resolution, frame rate, and audio untouched. Color and lighting can remain exactly as captured; I only need sharpening.
Deliverables:
• One final video file matching the source specs, with consistent high-definition sharpness across all subjects
