DJ Set Reels Editor
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I regularly record my live DJ sessions and need those hour-long mixes distilled into punchy, vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok. You’ll receive the full-length footage from me—usually multicam or direct-stream captures—and your mission is to hunt down the highest-energy drops, crowd eruptions, and hands-in-the-air moments, then shape them into short clips that hook viewers in the first second.
Everything is cut in DaVinci Resolve, so you’ll already be fluent there and comfortable handling color tweaks, audio syncing, and speed ramping inside that environment. Clear English communication is important because we’ll go back and forth on time-codes, captions, and quick revisions several times a week.
Typical output:
• 15–45 sec vertical (9:16) reel, mastered at 1080 × 1920, H.264, ready to upload
• Snappy open, tight pacing, no dead air; the energy never drops
• Optional on-screen text for track IDs or call-to-action when we agree it adds value
File hand-off happens via Google Drive; I aim for a 24- to 48-hour turnaround per set, and there will be a steady queue if we work well together. Let me know your DaVinci Resolve version and share at least two social-style edits you’ve done so I can gauge your pace and eye for rhythm.
