Seamless License Plate Blur
Budget: $30 – $40 USD
I have a brief clip from my film where a car drives up, pauses, and a man walks across the front bumper. I simply need the license plate masked throughout so the blur stays locked to the plate, never blooms onto the paintwork, and never flickers when the actor crosses in front. The source file is in MOV format and I can send it immediately. No colour-grading tweaks are required—just an elegant, soft blur that feels organic to the shot.
Any tool that handles motion tracking cleanly is fine with me (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). What matters is speed and polish: I’d like the finished shot back as quickly as you can manage, returned at the original resolution and codec so I can drop it straight into my timeline.
Acceptance check:
• Plate fully obscured for every frame, including the overlap when the actor passes.
• Blur feathered enough to avoid hard edges yet tight enough that neighbouring details stay crisp.
• No visible jitter, pulse, or key-frame bumps.
