Remove Center Text Watermark

I have a 1-minute-06-second video that carries a single, static text watermark locked in the middle of every frame. I simply need that text gone while keeping everything else—resolution, frame rate, audio track, colour profile—exactly as it is.
You may choose whichever tool you prefer (After Effects with Mocha, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, frame-by-frame in-painting, AI-based interpolation, etc.); the only thing that matters is that the final render looks natural and shows no sign the watermark was ever there.
Please send back:
• A clean master in the same codec and container as the original.
• A short note on what technique you used in case future revisions are needed.
