I have an action-driven film cut and ready for finishing; now I need a skilled colorist working in DaVinci Resolve to push the visuals into a dramatic, high-energy space. Every sequence is fast-paced, filled with movement and quick cuts, so the grade must hold up under speed while amplifying tension.
The creative direction is clear: a dramatic and intense mood, achieved through high contrast and vibrant colors that make sparks, sweat, and city lights leap off the screen. Think punchy highlights, deep shadows, and a bold palette that keeps the audience on edge without slipping into over-saturation.
Beyond the look itself, shot-to-shot consistency and smooth scene transitions are critical; the viewer should feel the adrenaline, not notice the grade. Precision tracking, selective secondary corrections, and tasteful use of power windows will almost certainly be required to keep important details popping amid the chaos.
Deliverables I’ll need:

• A high-quality reference export (ProRes or DNx, your call) for review
