Full-Time Tech YouTube Editor Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run an educational tech channel that turns complex concepts into clear, engaging lessons. Each week I record long lecture-style sessions plus a few quick demonstrations; your job is to turn that raw footage into polished, audience-ready content and high-retention cuts.
What the weekly workflow looks like
• In DaVinci Resolve, trim and arrange the lecture footage, tighten pacing, clean up audio, and apply basic color work.
• Move to Adobe After Effects for text overlays, lower-thirds, infographics, and light motion graphics that reinforce key ideas.
• Because integrating AI-based visuals is the priority for my channel, you’ll receive credentials for the image- and video-generation tools I use. I expect you to create illustrative assets on the fly and blend them seamlessly into the lesson.
• Reframe standout moments into Shorts/Reels (≤60 s), optimizing for hook, captioning, and retention.
• Deliver final renders plus project files so I can archive and reference them later.

– Mastery of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
– A portfolio that shows educational or tech explainer work—especially pieces featuring motion graphics or AI-generated visuals.
– Comfort experimenting, since I’m open to your creative suggestions rather than enforcing a rigid style guide.
