Cinematic TikTok Auto Shorts Edit (DaVinci Resolve Stabilization Required)

I am visiting auto shows weekly and making simple shots with cars/motorcycles to create shorts for TikTok. TikTok is my main target currently, Instagram will follow, but still I post some basic videos there.
## About the Role ##
I am looking for an editor who can make at least the quality of the videos that you see now but even better. Please check the TikTok channel and observe the videos which perform better. I am doing the shots now with a gimbal.
##Responsibilities ##
Stabilize the shots, and in my knowledge to achieve best results is by using the Tracker and Planar Tracker from DaVinci Resolve.
Create artistic videos that flow with the song and create a human pleasant experience.
Stabilize and color grade videos.
Ensure videos are clean and smooth.
Choose songs and match images with the songs for viral potential.
Maintain a dynamic, engaging, mysterious, or energetic style in videos.
Deliver 2 shorts per day on time, before the day of posting.
Fabricate 2 shorts per week based on previous videos.
Create one short for Instagram that should not take more than 15 minutes.
## Qualifications ##
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, particularly with stabilization methods like planar tracker and tracker.
Passion for video editing and a desire to improve continuously.
## Required Skills ##
Ability to stabilize and color grade videos.
Strong artistic vision for creating engaging shorts.
Self-awareness and openness to feedback.
## Preferred Skills ##
Experience in creating viral content for TikTok and Instagram.
Ability to create mixes of different styles and themes.
## Pay range ##
I can pay the following rate: 20 USD / short till 10,000 followers then 25 USD / short. This is for the current year, and will stay like this, so please take note on this. So it will be around 1,200 USD / month, and after 10,000 followers 1,500 USD / month. Then we talk again once I reach 50,000 followers and why not 1 million? ;)
