React Experts and Serious Pros Needed for: Next.js 14 (Typescript) & Figma SaaS Application

I'm looking for an experienced developer or team to bring my Figma designs to life in a full-stack React (Next.js / Typescript) SaaS Application. We have approximately 100 screens in total designed and approximately 40% of the application will consume other APIs or NPM components. The design is complete, you will be tasked with building it to match PIXEL PERFECT and handle/address all usability-related issues that may present themselves in the process.
There will be: Authentication for Users and Admins, SEO optimization, Dynamic and Intelligent Searching, Payment provider integration with Stripe and Paypal, other external APIs to consume, Backend Dashboard and Management Features, and some Minor animations (AirBnB Lotte, Pixi.js and/or D3.js style).
MongoDB will be our main data source.
I do NOT need help with deployment, but you must work in Dockerized Containers, use NPM (not Yarn), and have excellent DevOps practices. GitHub is a must and you really better know how to use it properly! Please include answers to the following questions in your bids:
1. Please explain your experience with Next.js 13/14, Typescript and in particular your experience with App Router and Partial Prerendering.
2. Which technology is better tRPC or GraphQL and why?
3. Please explain your level of experience with Docker, GitHub and provide your GitHub Account URL for our review. (if you haven’t even bothered to upload an avatar replacement, you probably don’t need to respond).
4. How often do you make GitHub commits and push code up to the repository?
5. Which HTML and CSS Frameworks would you use with Next.js and which NPMs do you believe are required based on what you know from the project description above?
6. LIST your 3 BEST URLs that use these technologies AND ONLY 3 — If you give me more than 3 your bid will be deleted
7. Please explain your experience with AI and did you use AI in the preparation of any of these answers? — If you did, delete the answer and go back and write it yourself, please.
If you do well and bid reasonably on this project, please provide your typical average hourly rate for ongoing maintenance work. I don’t care that you work and bid on “fixed bids” — All fixed bids are calculated based on total hours X hourly rates. Please do NOT give me some crazy hourly rate in your portfolio, I’ve been on Freelancer since 2012 and know the industry VERY well. Give me a reasonable number because I will definitely have lots more work beyond this project.
