D3js Power BI visual

Would need to build a D3js timeline-type visual which should work in Power BI (D3js custom visual).
A data template would be provided. The Data is simple, just to show category-wise timelines/milestones.
Can reuse existing visuals online. Would need to deliver in 2 days max. Only developers are good at D3 and/Or Power BI D3 visuals approach as the timeline is tight and there is no scope for upskilling.
