Graphing with D3 - create radial charts (need a D3 Expert) - read before bidding - test included

We have a google sheet with lots of data. Google sheets reached it's limits for us and we want to create visualizations using D3 & JavaScript. We want to update a popup web page that displays our graphs. Workflow: Input a row number in sheets and the target row of data is shown in D3 Graphs
For each row of data in our sheet, we want to show 9 graphs. (see: chart-9-graphs.png)
Some example radials we found that use D3. (see: chart-radial-examples.png)
Once the web page opens, there should be a selector to choose graph types. The goal is to show as many creative options as possible. Colors, etc., should all be selectable. It should be dynamic, if an option is changed, the graphs update.
