Create a tangled tree visualisation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I require a tangled tree visualisation created. I want it to look like this:

Here are the requirements:
1. The visualisation needs to expand collapse as different nodes are clicked;
2. I need to be able to edit the contents of the tree myself easily;
3. I need to be able to upload it to GitHub where it will be interactive / I can make future edits.
