Convert a d3 chart to run in Quasar

I would like a clean Quasar V1 app with a d3 chart. I would like http://bl.ocks.org/nlinc1905/66ea5dd294ed28385b7f to run in a Quasar . The code is all there so there is nothing special. Please don't low ball bid then raise it 10 times. This is just a proof of concept app to show me the code. Thanks
