Update CV for career switch

Hey there. I am looking to update my CV. I graduated with BSc in 2013 and since then I've been mostly travelling and working freelance, mostly in photography and content creation, but now I'm settled in one place I would like to attempt to head back into the field that I got my degree in and I'm hoping to update my CV to bring out the transferable skills that I've gained and make it look a little less like I've been so unfocussed over the last 9 years.. Take a look at the attached and let me know if this is something you could help me out with. I'm mostly looking to apply to entry level, maybe a little higher, positions in healthcare companies, tech companies, even some HR assistant positions. (I've redacted some details from the CV so it's a little choppy)
