My current résumé sits in a PDF and now I’m preparing to interview for an internal managerial promotion. I need it re-worked so the document speaks the language of leadership, with a clear spotlight on the project-management wins that make me the obvious choice for the role.
Here’s what I’m after: an updated CV that keeps the successes already on the page yet restructures them around project outcomes, measurable impact, and forward-looking leadership potential. The formatting must remain clean and ATS-friendly, and I’d like the final files delivered in both Word and PDF so I can make small tweaks later if needed.
