Complete CV Makeover Needed

I have already sent my current résumé to more than fifty openings and haven’t received a single interview request, so it’s clear the document needs a full overhaul. I’m looking for someone who can take charge of every element - formatting, design, overall structure and maybe some feedback regarding the content, and turn it into a modern, ATS-friendly CV that actually gets noticed by recruiters. I would like to be able to call to someone and speak about my current CV and which optimizations are needed, and to receive an improved version afterwards.
