Organic Tea Distribution Expert Needed in London
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I'm seeking a dedicated individual or company in London to manage the distribution of our organic flavored tea. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and redirecting orders: You'll be the first point of contact for our shipments from India. You will receive the orders, check their contents and send them off to our customers.
- Handling customs for imports: Ideally, you would also be able to manage customs clearance for our imports. This would include ensuring that all paperwork is in order, duties are paid, and that our shipments meet all necessary regulations.
- Managing sales and commissions: We will provide you with our initial sales. However, there is potential for extra commission based on your own sales. You will need to keep track of your sales, calculate your commission and report this back to us.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in logistics and distribution: You should be well-versed in the ins and outs of shipping and receiving goods. Experience handling tea or other food products would be a bonus.
- Knowledge of customs and import regulations: You should know how to navigate the customs process, ensuring that shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
- Sales and customer management experience: You should be comfortable interacting with customers and making sales.
You will also need to be familiar with customs clearance software, as this will be crucial for managing our imports. If you have experience with other relevant software, such as inventory management software or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, that would be advantageous.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business in the organic food sector. If you are reliable, motivated, and have the necessary experience, I look forward to hearing from you.
