remote position/indian customer service agent /BPO
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a remote customer service representative from India to assist with phone support for a health care service. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product or service issues, billing inquiries, and general information requests. This is a long-term position, requiring more than 20 hours per week from 1PM IST to 9PM IST The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing phone support to customers
- Assisting with inquiries related to health care services
- Handling product or service issues
- Addressing billing inquiries
- Responding to general information requests
This is completely remote position.
You need to have your own laptops with atleast 4gb ram and windows 10 OS with headset and a quiet space.
You need to have a high speed internet connection.
Skills and experience required for this position include:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health care services and terminology
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
