I am looking for a customer service rep to handle our incoming emails and phone calls. The right candidate should be available at night, have experience in technical customer service, and have the ability to provide a fast response to customers, within 30 minutes. This customer service rep will address inquiries in an educated and professional manner. They should ensure customer satisfaction with all customer support interactions and will work collaboratively with the rest of our customer service team.
