E-commerce store: Customer Support freelancer with fluent English + German or French

APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE FLUENT IN ENGLISH and GERMAN or FRENCH.

We are looking for a part-time freelance customer support specialist with English + German or French (or both).

Daily written communications with customers, emails, messengers, livechat; resolving inquiries regarding their orders, shipping, returns, product info.

Also the job includes, but not limited to some internal administrative online tasks, fulfilling the Exceel spreadsheets, communicating with the teammates, proofreading some internal translations.

Basic requirements:

- Fluency in written English + German and/or French
- Great communication skills
- Good computer skills (Knowledge of Customer Support programms, Online Google docs (Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google drive etc.)
- Experience in customer support communication

A successful candidate must be:

- Independent and proactive
- Customer oriented

This role is on a long-term basis. Up to 20 hours per week with possibility to get full-time in the future.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday / Weekends (European timezone, anyn other timezone can be reviewed).
