Wialon /GPSWOX GPS Expert for Remote Support

We are seeking an experienced Wialon GPS tracking expert to provide remote support for our GPS clients. We use Teltonika FMB120 devices and require a professional to assist with platform management, client queries, and user activation tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Wialon platform users (adding/removing users, permissions, etc.)
- Track and calculate monthly user activations
- Provide technical support for clients using Wialon & Teltonika FMB120
- Assist with Teltonika FOTA Web for firmware updates and troubleshooting
- Train and guide our local team to enhance their expertise
- Ensure smooth remote support availability when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Wialon GPS tracking platform
- Strong knowledge of Teltonika FMB120 & FOTA Web
- Ability to train and guide a team remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical support
- Good communication skills in English or Arabic (preferred)
