I’m receiving more WhatsApp enquiries than I can personally answer and need a reliable assistant to take over all text-based conversations. The work is straightforward yet essential: monitor our WhatsApp account during agreed shifts, read each incoming message, and respond quickly using the brand voice and ready-made FAQ scripts I’ll provide.
Here’s what the role involves
• Handle only text chat inside WhatsApp (no calls or video).
• Type clear, friendly replies in Bahasa Indonesia—occasional English is helpful.
• Keep response times under two minutes.
• Flag or escalate anything you’re unsure about so I can jump in.
