I need a proactive manager who will turn my WhatsApp group into a lively, value-packed space. The primary objective is to increase engagement, so I’m counting on you to spark daily conversations, encourage member participation, and keep the momentum going.
What you’ll handle for me:
• Moderate and guide real-time chats so they stay on topic and positive.
• Schedule and publish educational content—articles, short videos, infographics, or anything else that keeps members learning and talking.
• Provide quick, friendly customer support inside the chat.
• Track key metrics (message volume, active members, response time) and share concise weekly reports so we can see what’s working.
You’ll be working in WhatsApp Business, and I’m happy to show you the simple planning tools I already use; if you have a favorite scheduler or analytics add-on, I’m open to it. I’m looking for someone who can start right away, maintain a consistent presence throughout the week, and adapt to my tone and workflow quickly.
