AI Voice Agent for Clinic

I'm looking for an AI voice agent primarily focused on scheduling and reminders for my clinic. The voice agent should have the capability to:

- Answering FAQs
- Processing orders
- Technical support
- Marketing and advertising
- Educating clients
- Handling general inquiries about the clinic and treatments
- Providing directions, office hours and location info
- Routing calls appropriately or taking messages for manual follow-up
- Answering all incoming calls 24/7
- Engaging in a natural, human-like conversation

In terms of appointment management, it should be able to:

- Confirm and reschedule appointments
- Onboard new clients with a welcome message and services overview
- Sync with our existing calendar system (Google Calendar or EMR scheduling)
- Send automated appointment reminders via SMS/email

The voice agent should also include:

- Vocabulary, scripts, and information about our clinic services
- The ability to handle general inquiries about memberships and promotions
- Informing and educating clients on treatment benefits
- Converting inquiries into booked consultations
