Virtual staging business partner (please read)

I am looking for someone who is skilled in real estate virtual staging. I will be offering virtual staging services to my real estate network.
I am looking to partner with someone for 30 days who will handle orders from new clients. After 30 days I will renew the contract if I am satisfied with you performance.
A new project will be opened each time a order in received. You will be paid after each order is completed. You will also be paid $100 for 30 days as a retainer.
Must be available mon-fri 9-5pm est to assist clients.
You will work with the client directly via a crm platform.
