Virtual Customer Service & Administration Superstar!

We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team of three other Virtual Assistants. The hours are Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm Sydney, Australia time and you will be answering phone calls from our employees and customers and solving their queries. You need to be absolutely fluent in English and be very familiar with the Australian culture, and have worked supporting Australian based businesses before. You also need to be amazingly fast at accessing the right information through our various systems, and be a super fast learner.
This role requires you to be seated and focused at your virtual desk during your shift (apart from breaks of course). This is not suitable for people looking for an arrangement where you can be popping in and out and doing other things at the same time. You will be joining a hugely experienced team who will offer a lot of support and training to you as you learn.
